Mr. Willie L. Wall, Jr., the only child of Patricia Wall & Willie Wall, Sr., was born on November 8, 1966 in Winston-Salem, NC and was set free from all suffering on Tuesday, January 23, 2007.
Willie, Jr. enjoyed mechanical work, often maintaining various jobs. He also enjoyed watching and playing basketball, lifting weights, and most importantly reading, studying, and upgrading his knowledge. Willie, Jr. developed a love for devoting his time helping the youth. Doing so, he dedicated time to organizations that helped to motivate young men and women to follow the right path. His most well known ministry was G.L.O.W. (God's Light of the World) Spiritual Dancers. This consisted of a group of four dedicated young women that performed spiritual self-made dances, in which Willie, Jr. took action ministering the knowledge of the Bible and the importance of representing God's Light of the World through spiritual dancing.
Willie Jr. leaves behind to cherish his memories, his strong-willed devoted parents, Patricia Woodson Wall and Willie Wall, Sr.; one daughter, Yinessa Boxley; three devoted aunts, Willie M. Joins and Margaret (Johnny) Montgomery of Winston-Salem, NC and Fannie Ingram of Baltimore, MD; four uncles, Charles Woodson of Flint, MI, James (Julia) Wall of Baltimore, MD, Leroy Wall and George (Delores) Wall both of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 1:00 pm from Exodus United Baptist Church , 2000 Wilbur Street , Winston-Salem , NC with
Bishop J.R. Stowe officiating. The family visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until 1:00 pm on Friday at the Church.
