Mr. William Norris Bruce, "RED", 63, of 125 Ferrell Heights Ct. #138 passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at his home. Mr. Bruce was born July 11, 1951 in Darlington, SC to the late Richmond Bruce and Margaret Brown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Bruce, Tommy T. Bruce, and James Bruce.

He is survived by one sister, Shirley Bruce Samuel; one daughter, one son; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; devoted friends, Rev. Annie Duck and Brenda Kennedy; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Lamonte Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Wednesday at the Chapel.
