Mr. Wesley Jerome Eldridge departed his life on July 24, 2008. He was a life-long resident of Winston-Salem, NC. He attended the public schools and was a dedicated employee of the Village Tavern Restaurant.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Blanch Eldridge.
Mr. Eldridge is survived by his wife, Charletta Eldridge; four children, Jerome Brown, Montereo, Curtis and Antonio Williams; his mother, Wanda Moore and his father, Resnick (Sylvia) Moore; four sisters, Mary Moore, Keisha and Latonya Davis, and Tameka Davis (Corey Parker); seven brothers, Korane, Resnick "Reggie", Michael, Resnick "Red", and Tu'nell Moore, Deshawn Davis, and Marcellus McMillan of California; a devoted uncle, Melvin Johnson; mother-in-law, Lessie Williams; an uncle-in-law, Melvin Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at Noon Wednesday, June 2, 2008 from the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until Noon on Wednesday at the Chapel.
The family will assemble and meet at the home of his sister, Keisha Davis at 2729 Eastwood Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
