Obituary

Timothy Gerard Rhynehardt, born May 17, 1964 in Davie County, NC to Earlene Bohannon, left a lasting imprint on all who knew him.  A devoted son, father, brother, and friend, Tim's life was marked by faith, family, and a lifelong love of sports and community.

Tim grew up in North Carolina, where he attended local elementary and middle schools before graduating from West Forsyth High School in 1983.  As a premier athlete, he made his mark on the football field and carried that competitive spirit into every chapter of his life.  He continued his education at Fork Union Military Academy and Lees-McRae College, where he earned an associate degree. He later attended North Carolina A&T State University, majoring in business administration and continuing to play football.

Following his studies, Tim pursued a career in various industries, bringing his work ethic, leadership, and integrity to each role.  He worked with The Arista Company, Hayward Industries, and Ashely Furniture, among other endeavors, leaving a positive impression on colleagues and partners wherever he served.

Tim's legacy is carried forward by the people who matter most to him.  He is survived by his loving mother, Deaconess Earlene Bohannon, whose faith and resilience were a constant source of strength for him; he cherished the loves of his life-his daughters from his marriage to Paulette Foster Rhynehardt, Zariyah Rhynehardt of Bermuda Run, NC and Zyan Rhynehardt of Durham, NC; siblings, Stanley (Flora) Rhynehardt, Angela Rhynehardt, Earl Rhynehart, and Janice Rhynehardt Tucker; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends who were touched by his spirit.

Timothy Gerard Rhynehardt's legacy lives on through his daughters, in the memories of all who knew him, and in the hearts of those who carry forward his values of perseverance, faith, and love. He will be remembered for his dedication to family, his athletic talents, and the warmth with which he approached life and others.

A life well lived, a memory cherished, and a light that remains in the hearts of those he touched.  May Tim rest in peace until the day his family and friends meet again.
