Obituary

Timothy Lamont Bennett, affectionately known as "BaBa", the youngest son of Daniel Bennett, Jr. and Annie Mae Bennett-Isaac, was born November 4, 1970 in W-S, NC. Although Timothy was living at home with his mom, he departed this life on July 19, 2015 at 8:35pm from the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Timothy graduated from Glenn High School in 1989, where he loved the game of football and was a great player. He attended Forsyth Technical Community College and was employed by Dell Electronics.

His oldest brother, Dan Junior Bennett, who departed this life just three short months ago on April 8, 2015, preceded Timothy in death. Timothy and Dan always had fun together. They laughed, played jokes on each other and their parents, always told on each other, but loved each other dearly. We know that Timothy and Dan are together laughing and plotting what joke to play on someone.

Timothy had many friends and admirers. He always dressed to the "nine". His hat, outfit, and shoes had to match. He wore different cologne scents with different outfits. His automobile had to be clean. In addition, as the baby, his dad, mom, brothers, sister, auntie, and other people in the family and his friends, spoiled him. We all loved his so much. He will be greatly missed, but we know that he is with his brother, Dan.

He leaves to cherish many dear and precious memories one daughter, Samara Nicole Dennis of Mableton, GA; his mother, Annie Mae (William) Isaac; his father, Daniel (Patricia) Bennett, Jr. of W-S, NC; two brothers, Tony Bennett of Atlanta, GA and Andrew (Roberta) Jarrett of Charlotte, NC; one sister, Tasha Jarrett of W-S, NC whom he cherished and loved deeply; six aunts, Luvenia Manning of Rowland, NC, Virginia Jones of Durham, NC, Minister Alberta Arnette (Billie) McMillian of W-S, NC, Nellie B. (Eddie) Odom of Rowland, NC, Joanne (John L.) Murphy of Philadelphia, PA, and Emma Jane (Ray) Sampson of Pembroke, NC; three uncles, James Willie Bennett of High Point, NC, Reverend Johnie Bennett of Lumberton, NC, and Wilbert Bennett of Rowland, NC; a dearly beloved friend, Pamela William; his close friend, Curtis Sutton; one special cousin, Annie P. Sims; his "lil" sister and caregiver, Geraldine Bentley; special friend, Solomon Montgomery of W-S, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Mars Hill Baptist Church with Minister Alberta McMillian officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
