Theresa "Baby Sista" Screen, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on March 5, 1939, in Tampa, Florida, to Laurence Gibbons and Edith Davis Mosley, Theresa grew up in Plant City, Florida. Later, she moved to Brooklyn, New York, with her two sons. There, she dedicated over 25 years of her life to CitiBank Inc. before retiring and relocating to North Carolina.

Theresa's infectious laughter and warm smile lit up every room she entered. She possessed a kind and compassionate heart, always ready to lend a helping hand and offer a listening ear. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life made her a cherished friend to many.

A devout woman, Theresa was a faithful member of First Waughtown Baptist Church. Her unwavering faith in God provided her with strength and comfort throughout her life.

Theresa will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her legacy of love, kindness, and faith will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.

Those who will cherish fond and precious memories are her son, Christopher A. Screen Sr. (Mamye) of Fort Mills, SC; three grandsons, Christopher A. Screen Jr. (Kizzy) of Winston-Salem, NC, Christopher "Shawn" Screen of Greensboro, NC and Christian Screen (Lalia) of Charlotte, NC; two loving great grandchildren, Isaiah F. Screen of Winston-Salem, NC and Josiah Screen of Charlotte NC; a lovely sister, Margaret Barkley of Columbia, SC; and a host of nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other loving relatives and dear friends.

Theresa was preceded in death by her devoted son, Calvin Screen Jr.; great granddaughter, Krishauna R. Screen; mother, Edith Mosley; brothers, Laurence G. Mosley Jr., Alfonso Mosley and Rudolph Mosley; and sisters, Edythe Smith and Ethel Waldron.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30am Friday, November 22, 2024 at First Waughtown Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 11:30am on Friday at the Church.
