Ms. Teresa Hodge was born on August 7, 1947 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Mr. James T. and Mrs. Gladys Shore Hall. She departed this life on Friday, November 19, 2021. She was a graduate of Atkins High School and attended Winston Salem State University.

"Terri", as she was affectionately known, was employed at BE Aerospace where she retired after 47 years of service. She loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Union Baptist Church. She was a member of the Mass Choir and Senior Choir, serving as president of the Senior Choir for many years until her health failed.

Terri was preceded in death by her parents, James T. and Gladys Hall, Sr.; and her brother James T Hall, Jr.

She leaves to cherish fond memories her loving daughter, Lakesha Hodge; her grandchildren whom she adored, Candice and Jamoi Hodge; her sister, Deborah Wilkins (Jimmie); her brother, Tyrone Hall, Sr.; her aunts, Alma Clement (George), Florence Brown, and Shirley Hall; her uncle, Marion Hall; sister in-law, Edna Hall; Godchildren, Tiffany Porter and Atiya Hughes; God-grandchildren, Sydney Porter, Wade and Jameson Green; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Terri enjoyed spending time with family and friends and she loved to dote on her nieces and nephews. There was always a welcoming seat at her dining table as she prepared delicious meals for Sundays or the holidays.

Terri's kind, loving, and sweet spirit will always be remembered by her family, friends, church family, and community.

THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VIEWING

Funeral services will be held at 1:30pm Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Union Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 1:30pm Saturday at the Church.
