Teddy Lee Moore was born April 30, 1948 to Howard Merrit and Dorothy Lee Moore. He departed this life on July 4, 2025 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Merrit and Dorothy Lee Moore; his sister, Cheryl Moore; and brothers, Michael Moore, Carl Moore and Thomas Jackson.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his sons, Timothy Lamont Moore (Michelle Moore) of Eden, NC and Demarko Lavon Moore of Winston-Salem, NC;  11 grandchildren, Shiquan Moore, Timothy Moore, Jr., Lamont Moore, Tyreek Moore, Jaron Moore, Michael Moore, Jazaria Moore, Jamarion Moore, Jaquan Moore, Jada Moore and Xenobia Moore; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Sharon McFadden of Winston-Salem, NC; brother, Gerald Moore of High Point, NC; former wife, Julia Moore; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, July 19, 2025 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.
