Stephon LaVon Williams entered this life on December 7, 1964 to the late John "Roland" McCormick and the late Bernice Williams. On May 7, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center he took his eternal flight home.
Stephon was born in Winston-Salem, NC and attended school in WSFC system and graduated from Parkland High School in 1983. He was a former employee of Republic Waste Services and he was a faithful member and usher at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship Church.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a sister, Vicky Williams.
Left to cherish his memories are four sons, Arnett C. Arnett, Anthony Kimbrough, LaVon Williams, and Victor Williams; one sister, Mona Jordan (Anthony); seven brothers, Ronald Williams, Roland Sims, Robert McCormick (Michelle), Bernard Williams, Albert McCormick, Stanley McCormick and Chris Williams; two granddaughters; God-daughter, KaTisha Shuler; special friends, Terrie and Tianna Wardlow; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship Church, 4344 Blackberry Rd. Greensboro, NC with Pastor John Goins officiating. Interment will follow in Capernaum Church of Christ Cemetery, Clemmons, NC. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12noon on Saturday at the Church.
