Ms. Stephanie Samuels was born February 17, 1960 to Mattie Samuels and the late Richard Hyman. She departed unexpectedly on October 4, 2013.



She was a graduate of RJ Reynolds High School and was raised in Macedonia Worship Center where she sang on the Youth Choir.



She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Mattie Samuels; three sons, Kenneth Long, Kevin (Raylyn) Long, and Kristopher Long; grandchildren, Kevin, Kobe, Amiyah, and Kamryn; brothers, Fredrick and Stephen; sisters, Wendy, Marilyn, Karen, Regina, Carol, Sherrill, and Jill; aunts, Betha Higgins, Helen Slade, and Polly Samuels; uncles, Thomas Samuels and William Hyman; and a host of other relatives and friends.



Funeral services will be held at 12noon Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Macedonia Worship Center. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12noon on Thursday at the Church.
