Obituary

Stephanie Denise Kinard Frazier was born on December 6, 1953, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the loving union of Edgar Jones Kinard and James H. Kinard, Jr. She was a woman with a vibrant spirit, a beautiful presence, and a heart full of love for her family. Stephanie proudly served her country as a member of the United States Army for five years, demonstrating the strength, dedication, and determination that were such a meaningful part of who she was. Stephanie's greatest joy became her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her attention, love, and energy became centered around them. Her family was her heart, and the love she poured into them will continue through every generation.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Edgar Jones Kinard; her father, James H. Kinard, Jr.; her uncle, Everette Jones; and her grandmother, Rebecca Jones Dunlap.

Stephanie leaves behind a legacy of strength as she is survived by her two daughters, Dalphane Amelia Frazier (partner Tony Boone) and Monika Yvette Frazier; her granddaughter, Alexis Kahlea Frazier; and her five great-grandchildren, Antoine T. Bishop Jr., Ace K. Frazier, Luna A. Green, Leo R. Green, and Sage A. Green; she leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Renee Kinard Grissett and her husband, Roosevelt Grissett, April Andre Kinard, Anthony Darnell "Boy" Kinard.; along with nieces, nephews and their spouses and children.
