Mrs. Staci Arnett-Cain, 52, surrendered her soul to the Lord with family surrounding her on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She was born on April 14, 1967 in Middletown, Ohio to Karen Sue Arnett-Spaulding and Thomas Hardeman.
Staci was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, & niece. She had a kind, forgiving heart and a loving and giving spirit. This spirit was best demonstrated by her love of cooking. Her professionally decorated cakes were well known and displayed at countless venues across the state of North Carolina. Although she appreciated the accolades, as a family, we feel she saved her best deserts for us. She touched the hearts of many and left a footprint on the hearts of those she came in contact with. Staci Arnett-Cain loved her family dearly and heaven is gaining a special angel.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Sue Arnett-Spaulding and her stepfather, William Francis Spaulding; maternal grandparents, Charles L. Arnett, Sr. & Alice King Arnett; paternal grandparents, Henry Thomas Hardeman "HT", Eliza Henry, & Arthur Henry.
She leaves to cherish her most precious memories, her devoted husband, Marlon R. Cain; sons, Arnett Charles Arnett, Marlon Cain, Jr. and Benjamin Cain; daughters, Karen Sue Arnett and Danielle Eliza Shuler; granddaughters, Jeseya Karmen Howard, Jasmine Sue Arnett, Jurnee Athena Kamren Gaddy, DeAsia Howard and Nevaeh Cain; one great-granddaughter, Knoriah Aubrii Leach; one sister, Syndi Marie Aamber Arnett-Goodman (Garrett); two brothers, Elliott Hardeman and Eirk Hardeman; aunts & uncles, Betty L. Greene, Arnetta F. Kurtz, Donald Arnett (Sharon), Charles L. Arnett, Jr., Richard Arnett (Lisa), and Dana Arnett-Harris (James); mother-in-law, Brenda Lyons; Godmother, Lavina Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.
