Shenita Jordan Cobbins passed away August 27, 2024 at the age of 57 in Pfafftown, North Carolina. She was born on January 30, 1967 in Cleveland, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Jordan, Sr. and Mary "Thompson" Jordan.

Mrs. Shenita grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and graduated from West Forsyth High School in 1985. Mrs. Shenita's life was dedicated to her family and Novant Health, where she worked for 34 years as a Phlebotomist Supervisor. Her personal life was filled with joy and love, particularly for her family.

She is survived by her husband, Reginald Cobbins, Sr.; her four sons, Michael Jordan Cobbins of Winston-Salem, NC, Reginald Cobbins, Jr. of Pfafftown, NC, Rayshawn Cobbins of Charlotte, NC, and Jorden Cobbins of Pfafftown, NC; two grandchildren, Michael Jordan, Jr. and London Jordan; she also leaves behind her sister, Louise Thompson of Winston-Salem, NC; three brothers, Robert Jordan, Jr., Ralph Jordan, and Danyell "Lynette" Jordan; an aunt, Ruby and uncle, Bernard "Joan" Jordan all of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Though not affiliated with any specific church, Mrs. Shenita was a believer in Christ and held her faith dear. Her life was a testament to her belief and love she shared with those around her. Mrs. Shenita's legacy of warmth, generosity, love and excellence will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Monday, September 2, 2024 at Russell Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park.
