Our angel Shantisa Alexandria Smith "Tisa" was born November 3, 1989 to Willie J. Campbell and E. Denise Campbell. She departed this life on August 1, 2014.

She graduated from RJ Reynolds High School in 2008, was currently employed at Novant Medical Center, and was enrolled at the Living Arts Institute for CMA.

Shantisa was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jessie L. Campbell; and two aunts, Antoinette "Granny" and Lavern Ford.

She is survived by a loyal, loving, and dedicated fiancé, DiRon Ross, Sr.; her loving son, DiRon Ross, Jr.; her devoted parents, Willie (Denise) Campbell; an adoring grandmother, Doris R. Williams; her cousin/Godmother, Trina Ford; three brothers, Michael Smith, Sr., Julius T. Gibbs, III, and Willie J. Campbell, III; one sister, Yasmin P. Breathette; three nieces, Arionna and Micari Smith, and JuMiah Gibbs-Brown; five nephews, Michael and Sataevion Smith, Julius T. Gibbs, IV, Xavier Lash, and Christian E. Breathette; aunts and uncles, Wendy (Brian) Rowdy, Len (Geraldine) Smith, Sr., Maurice (Lisa) Gray, and James Smith; along with a host of sisters, brothers, other relatives, and close friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:15pm Saturday, August 9, 2014 at First Waughtown Baptist Church with Reverend Dennis Bishop officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2:15pm on Saturday at the Church.
