Evangelist Sarah Lois Kinzer was born June 15, 1952 in Mullins, SC to Mrs. Florine Leggette and the late Mr. Willie Nixon, Sr. She went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 12, 2010. She was retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Florine Leggette; her loving son, Bernard (Victoria) Gay, Sr., son, Reginald Gay; her daughter, Denise Gay all of Winston-Salem, NC; eight brothers; four sisters; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A homegoing services will be held at 1pm Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Saint Matthews Apostolic Temple of Jesus Christ, Inc. 3640 New Walkertown Road W-S, NC 27105. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1pm on Saturday at the Church.
