Obituary
Mr. Sabin Thane Segers, 45, departed this life peacefully on April 4, 2016.
Sabin was born on March 10, 1971 in Washington, DC to William and Zandra Segers. He attended St. Michael Catholic School, the WS/FC Schools, and worked as a chef.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Zandra CW Segers; 3 children, Dirah Sha'blakley Martin, Satin Segers, and Malik Carpenter; 7 sisters, Anine U. (Michael) Cureton, Kai (Jerome) Carter, Zoe Segers, Questa Segers, Cydra Segers, Eyris C. (Anthony) Polzine, and Octavia P. Segers; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Dwight Hash, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
