Mr. Rudolph Pearson, 84, affectionately known as "Johnny K" and "Rudy Tutti" of 300 W 144 ^th Street, New York, NY was born July 13, 1937 in Winston-Salem, NC to Inez Pearson and Oloff Grier.

He attended the local public schools. He was retired from Partner Cleaning Corporation in the CBS Building.

Rudolph was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Minnie Pearson; his son, Richard Pearson; and his sister, Betty J. Pearson.

Mr. Pearson departed this life on Thursday, April 7, 2022.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Lashawn Pearson of Charlotte, NC; granddaughter, Takesha Miller; grandsons, Isaiah R. Pearson of Valdosta, GA, Adrian R. Pearson of Winston-Salem, NC, and Andre Pearson (Geneva) of El Paso, TX; great grandchildren, Julian Pearson, Zechariah Pearson, and Adri'yana Pearson; sister, Mary Alice Preston of Florence, SC; brother, Michael Grier of Atlanta, GA; sister-in-law, Devenia McLeod of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Friday, April 22, 2022 at Russell Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Chapel.
