Obituary
Mr. Roy Knox, 73 died Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Rock Hill, SC.
Surviving are his loving wife, Geraldine M. Knox; four dedicated children, Roy B. Knox (Carolyn) of Lancaster, CA, Dennis Knox of the home, Sean Knox of Trinity, NC, and Kamala K. Smith (Juacquinn); five loving grandchildren, Yahna Perry, Keshia Knox, Emillo Knox, Charity Smith , and Jazmine Knox; a loving great-grandson, Meleke Perry; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Friday, March 13, 2009 from the Emmanuel Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. John Mendez officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Friday at the Church.
