Obituary
Roy Bernard Jones, III, beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend was called home to be with the Lord on June 16, 2009.
Roy Bernard Jones, III was born on June 28, 1987 to Roy Bernard Jones, Jr. and Julia Jones.
He was a Winston Salem, Forsyth County native who attended the Winston Salem Forsyth County Schools. He was a loyal employee at Taco Bell where he was loved dearly.
He is survived by his parents Roy Bernard Jones Jr. and Julia Jones; a brother, Jowan Hunter; a sister, Shameka Jones; a bright young son, Shaviea Smith; and his devoted companion, Stephanie Coleman, all of Winston Salem, NC; along with a host of aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Thursday, June 25, 2009 from the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gwathney Leak, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
