Mr. Ronnie Wiggins, 53, formerly of Aulander, NC passed away August 30, 2017. He was born October 24, 1963 to Sidney and Fannie Wiggins in Ahoskie, NC.

Ronnie was employed for many years at Douglas Battery in Winston-Salem, NC.

He was a longtime member of First Waughtown Baptist Church where he was a trustee, an usher, and chairman of the van ministry.

He was a loving husband of 23 years to Maria Ann Wiggins of Winston-Salem and a wonderful father to Sharnette A. Evans of Winston-Salem and Aaron Lybrand of Elizabeth City, NC.  He is also survived by his father Sidney Wiggins; sisters, Virginia (Willie) Jacobs, Jeanette Phillips, Lynette Wiggins, Dinette (John) Majette, and Connie Wiggins; brother, Samuel (Clementine) Wiggins; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Wednesday ,  September 6, 2017 at  First Waughtown Baptist Church  with Dr. Dennis Bishop officiating  Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery  The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until  12noon on Wednesday at the Church.
