Mr. Rodney D. Burts, 52, died February 8, 2013. He was born January 16, 1961 to Ethel Burts and Hubert Blue.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Left to cherish his memories are his father; his siblings, Dennis Burts, Michael Burts, and Regina Tubbs; and a host of other siblings, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.
