Robin Denise Taylor, "Toots", 53, went to be with our heavenly Father on March 16, 2013 after a long period of illness. She was born on June 25, 1957 to Phyllis and Sammy Taylor.

Robin graduated from Parkland High School in 1978, was a loyal employee of Family Sweet for 15 years, and she attended Welcome Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sammy Taylor.

Surviving are her grandmother, Mary Taylor; her mother, Phyllis Vandyke; three sons, Adrian Taylor, Sr., Keith Taylor, Sr., and Carlos Francis; six grandchildren, D'Adrian Taylor, Adrian Taylor, Jr., Niasia Taylor, Adrianna Taylor, Teyonna Hardy, and Keith Taylor, Jr.; five sisters, Clorette Campbell, Arica (Von) Hauser, Samithea Moore, Tonya Taylor, and Carmela Taylor; one brother, Sammie Taylor; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Christian Quire officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1pm on Friday at the Chapel.
