On Saturday, September 7, 2024 God dispatched his Angels to Forsyth Medical Center to pick up Robin L. Scott. Robin was born on July 6, 1961 to the late June Black and Fannie Harrison in Winston-Salem, NC. Robin graduated from West Forsyth High School in 1979 and continued her education at Rutledge Business College.

Robin was a member of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. She was employed by the City of Winston-Salem until her health declined. Robin was a true Dallas Cowboy Fan. She loved her family dearly and especially her boys and grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Ryan Scott, Sr. (Shakira) and Kenneth Scott (Roscha Scales) of Winston-Salem, NC; three grandchildren, Ryan Scott, Jr., Zyrah Scott, and Kaia Scott; three sisters, Senita Johnson (Gregory) of Greensboro, NC, Melisa Harrison, and Roseni Harper of Winston-Salem, NC; two brothers, Brian Harrison and Ricardo Harrison of Winston-Salem, NC; five nieces and nephews; nine great-nieces and nephews; she is also survived by her former husband, Rodney Scott and bonus son, Byron Scott; a host of loving cousins and extended family members: Naylor Family of Detroit, MI, Bess Family, Lowe Family, Robinson Family, Parks Family, and the Samuels Family; her dear friend, Kathy Wardlow; and many other classmates and friends.

There will be no public viewing at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, September 14, 2024 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Saturday at the Church.
