Mrs. Robin Denise King Ancrum, 53, gained her heavenly wings on Thursday, March 12, 2015 with her loving family by her side in Winston Salem, NC. Robin was born August 27, 1961 in Winston-Salem to Charlie and Betty F. King.

She was ushered in death by her devout grandmother, Marie F. Flynt; and mother, Betty F. King.

Mrs. Ancrum leaves to cherish her loving memories to her father, Charlie King; her husband, Richard Ancrum; two children, Michael King and RaShawn King (Archie); four grandchildren; three sisters, Valerie K. Roberts, Roslyn King, and Sharon King (Reginald); one brother, Reginald Flynt (Karen); two nieces and two nephews; and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.


Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Ricky Pouncy officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2:00pm on Wednesday at the Chapel.
