Mr. Robert Wayne Miller, Sr. passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the age of 71. He was born January 20, 1949 to Robert Cathcart and Mary Miller.

Robert attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Public Schools.  He was employed with the City of Winston-Salem and worked various construction jobs.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish loving memories are his children, David (Natasha) Hardison, LaSanda Thompson, Robert (Jessica) Hardison, and Princess Hardison; grandchildren, Joe White, Jr., Jayquan Thompson, Mary Thompson, Shawn Fraley, Jr., Robert Miller, II, and David Hardison, Jr.; brothers, James Mitchell Miller and Terry Miller; dedicated friends, Shirley Thompson and Patricia Hardison; and a host of stepchildren, other relatives, and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Russell Funeral Home. Private funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
