Reverend Otha Lee Richardson, 76 passed away Monday, August 17, 2009. He was born May 21, 1933 in Nashville, NC to William M. and Geneva D. Richardson and he was educated in the public schools of Nash County, NC. On December 8, 1962 he married Ernestine H. Richardson. He was a retired employee of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 30 years of service and was the former Pastor and founder of Fellowship Bible Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Ernestine H. Richardson; one son, Ronald Mann (Sylia); three grandchildren, Darien, Salona, and Jaylin Mann; three sisters, Olivia Richardson of Nashville, NC, Janice Thomas and Thelma Reynolds both of Philadelphia, PA; one brother, William G. Richardson of Nashville, NC; sisters-in-law, Katherine Hairston , Brenda H. and Bishop Lawrence Tate, and Carolyn H. and Arnold Thompson all of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Noon Friday, August 21, 2009 from the Fellowship Bible Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until Noon on Friday at the Church.
