Obituary

"A light from our household is gone; a voice we love is still, a place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled"

Mrs. Reola Rinehart Turner Simpson, aka "BabyMae" was born July 6, 1948 to the late Willie Rinehart and Helen Hall in W-S, NC. "BabyMae" attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. She retired from Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. "BabyMae" was a Gold Star member of White Rock Missionary Baptist Church for 50 plus years of praising and worshiping the Lord. She was a faithful member of the Missionary Ministry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Simpson; a daughter, Helena Rinehart; two sisters, Laura Wolfe and Betty Wilson; and one brother, Donald Rinehart.

She leaves not to mourn but to cherish the memories two sons, Charles T. Rinehart and Fredrick L. Turner; one devoted daughter, Herinatta D. Turner of the home; one brother, Aaron (Shirley) Hall; one sister, Brenda (Ronald) Pollard all of the city; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother-in-law and one sister-in-law all of the city; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, 6 devoted friends, and a host of other friends.

Homegoing services will be held at 12noon Friday, August 16, 2013 at White Rock Baptist Church with Reverend Cedric Crawford officiating. Interment will follow in Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12noon on Friday at the Church.
