Obituary
Mrs. Rebecca Juanita Brown Little accepted God's hand and departed this life unexpectedly when he called her home on Monday, October 12, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Williams and Lucy Brown; one sister, Mattie Ruth Brown; and one son, Robert L. Brown.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Melvin A. "Buster" Brown of Columbus, OH, Dennis A. "Dee-Dee" Brown, and Sandra Brown of the city; twenty grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; four brothers, Frank Brown, Johnny "Foots" Brown, J.C. Williamson, and Tommy Williamson; three sisters, Sadie Brown, Alma Williamson, and Ethel Hair, all of the city; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 23, 2009 from Genesis Victory Outreach Center with Bishop Claude Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM on Friday at the church.
