Ray Allen Evans died on November 22, 2008. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 50 years, Ada Belle Huff; his children, John (Annie) and Vimla (Alex) of Rochester, NC, Cheri and Rachelle (Charles) of Winston-Salem, NC; his siblings Raymond Evans, Jr. of California, and Bertha McLean of High Point, NC; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

A homegoing service will be held at 11:30 am Friday, November 28, 2008 at Christ King Church, 1405 E. Kivett Dr., High Point, NC. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to a charity in Ray Allen Evans name.
