Mrs. Priscilla Ann Martin Porter, known to many as "Cilla" was born in Forsyth County on December 16, 1946 to Bernis and Ina Patricia Martin. She peacefully slipped away to be with the Lord on Monday, March 9, 2015.

Mrs. Porter leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Ina Patricia Martin of Kernersville; three sons, Dewey "Third" Scales, III, Javon and Jimeka Scales all of OK; one stepson, Tight Speas of W-S; two sisters, Faye Nevels of Greensboro and Deloris Martin of Kernersville; 4 nieces, including her caregivers, Vickie Nevels and Regina Nevels; 5 nephews; 3 aunts, Essie Linville, Pat Martin and Bobbie Martin; one uncle, Jessie Mabe; devoted friends, Catherine Mack; Betty Sales, Sonya, Cheryl, Joe, and a host of other family and friends of Oklahoma City, OK.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, March 16, 2015 at Kings Mountain Primitive Baptist Church, Westfield, NC. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Monday at the Church. A family visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.
