Phyllis Ann Atwater peacefully departed this life on April 13, 2021.  Phyllis was born on December 17, 1964 to Elizabeth Ann Atwater.  She attended West Forsyth High School and was Class of 1983 graduated.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Ann Atwater.

Left to cherish her loving memories are her daughter, Shamiya Atwater; partner, Edward Dennis; sister, Monica (Chris) Atwater Crowell; nieces, Shenice (Julian) Collins and Chantell Atwater; great-niece, Kyleigh Collins; her father, Evon McClure; best friend, Vickie Lindsay; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends all of Winston-Salem, NC.
