With profound sadness and loving remembrance, we celebrate the life of Paul G. Landingham, III, who peacefully departed this life on July 28, 2026, at the age of 61. He was the son of Paul Landingham, II and Nettye Hayes Landingham. He received his formal education from the WS/FC School System, and he was a dedicated employee of Colins BE Aerospace.

He was a quiet and humble man whose warm smile could light up any room. He was known for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and the love he showed to his family and friends. He was a devoted husband to the love of his life, whom he affectionately called 'Honey’. Their bond was built on love, friendship, laughter, and unwavering commitment. He had a passion for traveling, especially going to the beach, taking cruises and exploring new destinations. He also had a passion for playing chess and pool. Family was always at the center of his heart. He loved his children deeply and took great pride in each of them. His grandchildren held an extra special place in his life and brought him immeasurable joy. When he wasn't traveling or spending time with family, he could often be found in his beloved man cave working on projects and fixing things alongside Kamren, Kingston and CJ. His life was a testament to love, kindness, quiet strength, and devotion to family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife, Sharelle "Honey" Landingham; four daughters, Alanda (Reggie) Plater, SheAndra (Chris) Williams, Kamille Landingham, and Chelsea Patterson all of Winston-Salem, NC; ten grandchildren, Lenaiya Simmons, Gabrielle Bryant, Shellie Matthews, Samiyah Williams, Kamren Weaks, Kingston Plater, Jazlynn Plater, Marley Plater, Christopher Williams, and Kaesen Farabee; one great-grandson, Josiah Williams all of Winston- Salem, NC; two sisters, Daphne Linville of Winston-Salem, NC and Bobbi (John) Stewart of Kings Mountain, NC; one brother-in-law, Ernest (Adline) Patterson; four sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Anthony) Sawyers, Deborah Jones, Sheila Coker, and Malia Cain all of Winston-Salem, NC; a special aunt, Joan (Bill) Vaught of California; three special nieces, Brooke Stewart, Rachel Stewart, and Rayona Linville; one special nephew, Billy Ray Linville, Jr.; one God mother-in-law, Maxine Cain; two bonus sisters, Teresa Moore and Crystal Moore; two bonus brothers, Dwight Moore and Richard Davis all of Winston-Salem, NC; special friends, Mark Lewis, Derrick Littlejohn, Keith Sharpe, Tony Cornelius, James Kirby, and Tony Barr; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Friday, August 7, 2026 at Russell Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Macedonia Worship Center. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
