Born in Winston Salem, North Carolina on Saturday, May 29, 1948, to the late George C. and Annie Lee Crawford, Patricia Ann Scippio was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother sister, and dear friend. Pat departed this earthly home and entered her heavenly home on Thursday, September 25, 2025. "Pat", as she was affectionately known, received her education in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District, graduating from A. H. Anderson High School. She was employed at Adam's Mills in Kernersville for many years. She was an active and faithful member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church until the decline of her health. Pat was married to the late Tyrone Scippio.  At the decline of her health, she became a resident of Rose Tara Plantation in King, N.C where she enjoyed reading, crossword and word search puzzles, and meeting new people.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was preceded in death by one sister, Gloria Jean Valentine. To cherish her memory here on earth, she leaves two daughters, Anita Boyd McNeil of Greensboro, NC and Dianne Boyd Johnson of Columbus, GA; one son, Bernard (Angela) Boyd of Winston-Salem, NC; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, George (Regina) Crawford of Greensboro, NC and James Crawford of Walkertown, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Thursday at the Chapel.
