Obituary

On June 10, 1968, Pamela Levette Epps was born to Ether Singletary Epps and Joe Edward Epps, Sr. in the city of Winston-Salem, NC. It was Wednesday, July 25, 2007, when the angel of life was dispatched with heaven's roll book at hand and ever so softly whispered: "Pam, Pam it's time to come home to be with the Lord…" She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age.

Pam was a graduate of Glenn High School, class of 1986; King's College in Charlotte, NC; Forsyth Technical College in Winston-Salem, NC and Johnson & Wales Culinary University in Charlotte, NC. She was employed at the City of Winston-Salem's Attorney's Office as a paralegal. She then transferred to the City of Charlotte's Attorney's Office where she remained until the present time. She also started her own successful bakery business (Pam Pam Cakes).

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Joe Edward Epps, Sr., her sister, Sheila McKellar and both sets of grandparents: Wilson and Mary Singletary and David and Charlotte Epps.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving mother/best friend, Ether Epps; sisters, Judiea Crockett, Brenda (Bernard) Revel, Ruby, Sharon and Vickie Epps all of Winston-Salem, NC; best friend and play sister, "Connie" of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Joe (Robin) Epps, Jr., Leroy and Levon Epps all of Winston-Salem, NC; nieces, Kenisha Crockett, Fredricka McKellar and Shekita Epps; nephews, Darrell Fredrick Crockett, Steven Epps, Demaro, Shaun and Dante Epps, Timothy Revel all of Winston-Salem, NC and Levon Epps of Richmond, VA; uncle, John (Margaret) Epps of Greensboro, NC; aunts, Ella G.
