Nelsie McCall Wright, 72, born November 21, 1944 in Winston-Salem to the late Rev. George James McCall and Pearl Baynes McCall Clinard was ushered to her eternal reward on September 16, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Wright; her siblings, James, Pearline, and Spencer McCall, Sr. and Maxine M. Newell.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Deantha, Virgil, Sr., Calvin and Chris McCall; her two sisters, Shirley M. Fennell and Brenda L. McCall; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Zion Memorial Baptist Church with Reverend Randall Cain officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Thursday at the Church.
