Obituary
Mr. Miles "Bill" Graham, 88, was called home to be with our "Father God to Rest" on Thursday, May 26, 2016. He was born July 18, 1927 in Riegelwood, NC.
A faithful member of St. John CME Church until his health failed, Mr. Graham was a former member of the Spiritual Choir and also the bus driver for the Saint John Choir. He was a former employee of R.J. Reynolds where he retired after 34 years of faithful service.
Miles was preceded in death by his daughter, Shirley G. Anderson; and his son, Edward L. Graham.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Ella Lena Graham; his children, Samuel L. Graham (Janice) of GA, Mary Graham, grandson-Miles Hairston, Constance Graham, Gaston Graham (Ilda), and Vanessa Campbell (Anthony) all of Winston-Salem, NC; brother, Gaston Woodrow Graham of the city; sister, Luvater McKoy of Greensboro, NC; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Friday, June 3, 2016 at St. John CME Church with Pastor Omar L. Dykes officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
