Obituary
Winston-Salem, NC- Mr. Mike E. Buston of 1941 E. 24th Street departed this life on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at his residence. He was born November 6, 1926.
Surviving are his wife, Earline L. Buston; 3 daughters, Carolyn Johnson, Brenda Adams, and Linda Weathers; son, Michael Buston; 2 sisters, Johnnie Mae Hawkins and Annie Ruth Butler; his brother, Robert (Jean) Moses; 2 brothers-in-law, Reverend James Leak and Reverend Gwathney Leak; 3 sisters-in-law, Vernie Mae Leak, Minnie Polite, and Ann Mason; 9 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Saturday, March 21, 2009 from the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gwathney Leak officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2pm on Saturday at the Chapel.
