Michael Wolfe , 54, transitioned on to glory on Saturday April 22, 2023. Mr. Wolfe a native of Winston Salem, NC was born February 13,1969, to Norma Jean Wolfe and the Late Samuel "Sam" Allen.

Best known as Mike, Woody, Wolfe, Dad, Papa, and Uncle Mike, Michael was a graduate of Carver High School, Home of the Yellow Jackets.

Wolfe was a man of many talents. He was your family, neighbor, mechanic, handyman, maintenance man, little league football coach, Mike worked at The Car Wash, John Deere Hitachi and The Housing Authority.

Mr. Wolfe was preceded in death by 2 siblings, Leo Faye Wolfe "Faye" and Johnathan Wolfe "Peter Rabbit"; and 1 nephew, Rhshawn Wolfe.

He is survived by wife, Lynetta Wolfe; 4 children, Ronald Rogers, Anthony Brown, Mychal Wolfe and Mychala Wolfe; 7 grandchildren, Daymian Redman, Reign Harriston, Alyvia Brown, Peyton Brown, Khaza Jones, Myla Wolfe and Brasi Jones; 5 siblings, Lorenzo (Tarsha) Wolfe, Stephanie Wolfe, Mrs. Clarance Geir, Demetrius Jordan and Lakeyia Hayes; nieces and nephews, Rhshad Wolfe, Rhshanda Wolfe, Stefon Cribb, Trenton Weaks, Kewan Marshall, Kimberly Marshall, Keta Marshall, Kayla Marshall, Alvin Wolfe, Rodney Fraley, Michael Hayes, Tare Walker and Tekela Walker; and a host of great nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, May 5, 2023 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Joseph Cobbs officiating. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2:00pm on Friday at the Chapel.
