Michael Edward Bullock, III was born in Forsyth County, NC on April 12, 1951 and departed this life on November 9, 2018. His family later relocated to Mt. Airy, NC where he graduated from J.J. Jones High School and attended Surry Community College. Michael worked as a committed employee for Forsyth Hospital for 44 years.  He was also a faithful member of Union Baptist Church, and former member of the mass choir.

He was preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Anna Bullock; sisters, Barbara Holbrook and Dorothy Mills; and brother-in-love, McReadell Butler Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife Patricia Bullock; daughter, Aquaneita Bullock Scott; grandson, William Andrew "Drew" Carter, IV; siblings, Lawrence Bullock (Gloria), Priscilla Fair (Gene), Clinton Bullock (Euralyn), Jacqueline Thomas (Jerry); sisters and brother-in-love, Katherine Williams, Linda Butler, Johnny Dawkins Jr., Cynthia Edwards, and Angie Twitty (Robert); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00noon Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Union Baptist Church, 1200 N. Trade St. W-S, NC 27105. Interment will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12:00noon on Saturday at the Church.
