Mary Jane Cunningham Lindsay passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Britthaven Nursing Home, Kernersville, NC. She was born May 18, 1918 to Mr. Moses and Mrs. Mary Cunningham in Cross Hill, SC. She moved to Winston-Salem, NC in her youth and later married James Arthur Lindsay who along with her parents, four sisters, and two brothers preceded her in death. She was a faithful member of Goler Memorial AME Zion Church for several years where she served on the Usher Board. She leaves to cherish her fond memories a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Monday, March 30, 2009 at Goler Memorial AME Zion Church, 1435 E. Fourth Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, with the Rev. Seth O. Lartey, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
