Mr. Marvin Rich James, Jr., 85, departed His Earthly life on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at his home.

Marvin had a great love for his extended family, his neighbors at University Place, and his church, St. Paul Methodist.  He also had a passion for wrestling.

Marvin leaves to cherish his memories his son, Marvin A. (Michelle) James; daughter, Pamela R. James; two grandchildren, Abrianna N. Coleman and Alexa Howard; one great-granddaughter, Namaste Coleman all of Winston-Salem, NC; one sister, Francis Nesmith of Lake City, SC; two devoted cousins, Rev. William James of Kingstree, SC and Lawrence Presley of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Private services will be held at a later date.
