Mr. Marvin Harley, 57, passed away July 24, 2019 at Silas Creek Manor.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Saturday at the Church.
