Our one and only son with a heart of gold is gone. Mark Lee Spencer, 36, departed this life on June 3, 2017.

He survived by his loving parents, Phillip and Lynn Spencer and a host of other relatives and friends.

We will always love and miss you. Love, Mom, Dad, and Charlie.

The family wishes to extend special thanks from the bottom of their hearts to all of the people who were good to Mark.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mark's name to the Samaritan Ministries of Winston-Salem.

Private burial will be held in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC
