Marjory Head completed her earthly assignment and received her heavenly reward on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born September 14, 1935 to Junior and Linell Hairston.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories a beloved and devoted daughter, Linell H. Wadelington of the home; three grandchildren, Terricka Jones (Donnie) of Winston-Salem, NC, Torri Wadelington of the home, and Miranda LaSha Smith of Winston-Salem, NC; on loving brother, Bobby Douglas Hairston of Walnut Cove, NC; four great-grandchildren; three aunts; one uncle; and a host of other relatives, loved ones, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Thursday, October 25, 2007 from the Macedonia Worship Center with Apostle S.D. Johnson officiating and Reverend Arthur Wadelington eulogist. Interment will follow in the Rock Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Belews Creek, NC. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm on Thursday at the Church.
