Marcia Lynn Williams Jenkins was born on August 21, 1958 in Sparta, NC to Retha P. Hash and Ralph D. Williams. She went home to be with the Lord on September 19, 2020.

Marcia Lynn or Lynn, as she was affectionally known, was a 1977 graduate of North Forsyth High School. She went on to graduate from Forsyth Technical Community College in 1982 with an Associate's degree in nursing. Lynn then became a Licensed Practical Nurse. Lynn would serve as a geriatric LPN for more than 30 years in various nursing facilities in Winston-Salem. She loved her patients and they loved her.  She would sometimes become their family. Lynn was a very caring and devoted to family and friends. She was a woman of God doing what she could, when she could. She loved her music and animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Nikita C. Jenkins; her sister ,"Red" Duretta (LaConte') Campbell; two nephews, Enrique "KC" (Emily) Campbell and Dijon G. Campbell; one niece, Kristen E. Campbell; one great nephew (her joy), Ezra R. Campbell; three sisters-in-law, Frankie L. Jenkins, Francetta Jenkins and Riza Jenkins, one brother-in-law, Dr. Jaime (Melissa) Jenkins; god sister, Tyyawdi Hands; four fur babies, Bella, Baia, Binx and Raiden; and host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Friday, September 25, 2020 at Russell Funeral Home. Private services will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020. Interment will follow in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery, Sparta, NC.
