Malia LeVette Hardin was born on April 21, 1975.

She is survived by her parents, Janice P. Benjamin and Mannie "Giggie" (Denise) Hardin; one brother, Rodney C. Hardin; son, Justyn Jahvon Hardin; niece, Apiffany Jacole Craven; uncles, Henry Hardin, Bernard Hardin, and Vincent Parker; aunts, Mary Lee Cook, Marie P. Barnes, Blondell S. Hardin, Willie Mae Hardin and Jacquline V. Parker; special aunts, Ann Phillips, Renee Phillips, Andrais L. Brandon and Rhea H. Thompson; special sisters, Regina M. Hairston, Katrina Hill,  Tracy Benjamin , and Renee Campbell; special nieces,  Chardonnay Campbell and Cameron Campbell; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

God picked Malia from the garden of life to live with him eternally on Monday, May 8, 2017. She will be always be in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Hanes Memorial CME Church with Rev. Clarence Cox, III officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 10:00am until 11:00am on Saturday at the Church.
