"Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not for of such is the kingdom of God" Luke 18:16
Another angel has returned back into God's Kingdom on the afternoon of March 9, 2010, peacefully in his mother's arms.
Master Malachi Raymond Coleman, 3, departed to play on Heaven's playground.
Malachi has always been a joy to all who were acquainted with him. Especially to his loving special mother, who knew she had a special child and to his loving sister, Angelyse' who loved to see him laugh as she jumped on his bed. So loud, so joyful was his laughter as he was pushed fast in his wheelchair. He loved his papa and ma'ma; he never failed to express it through smiles and squeals.
Malachi was a warrior, the doctors and nurses at NC Baptist PICU used the words, "simply amazing." God's confirmation to his mother spoke and said, "Suffer no more; your purpose has been served."
He leaves to cherish his mother, Danielle Coleman; his big sister, Angelyse' Coleman; papa, Bishop Daniel R. Coleman, Sr.; ma'ma, First Lady Rose Coleman; a special loving great-grandmother, Mrs. Lou Ray Hanks; uncles, Joshua Coleman and Daniel, Jr.; grandmother, Williet McGriff; special aunties, Kendra and Mekka McGriff; great- aunts, great- uncles, and a host of church members of True Victory Ministries where he attended, family and friends.
Special thanks to Brenner Children's Hospital PICU and the loving hearts at The Children's Center where he was a student.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, March 13, 2010 at New Direction Movement Cathedral, 3300 Overdale Road with Pastor Essie C. McCullough officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Saturday at the church. Any cards or condolences may be made to Danielle Coleman at 1121 Pleasant Street, W-S, 27107.
