Obituary
Lucille Batts-Nelson departed this life to be with her Father in Heaven on Saturday, December 5, 2009.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband, James Nelson; one son, Genard "Joe" Batts; seven step-children, Jackie, Patricia, Vickie, Ricky, David, Tyrone, and special recognition to Susan Schoefield-Hodges; one brother; two sisters; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will commence at 2pm Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Dellabrook Presbyterian Church, 115 Dellabrook Road W-S, NC 27105. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends at 1pm on Thursday at the Church.
