Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 2:30pm until 3:00pm on Wednesday at the Chapel. Interment will be held at 9:00am Thursday, February 4, 2016 in Salisbury National Cemetery.
