Obituary

Mrs. Louise R. Woodard, 86 departed this earth on Monday, November 8, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born April 1, 1924 and lived at 2509 Green Oaks Court #A Winston-Salem, NC.
She was an employee of RJR Tobacco Company for over 30 years before she retired.
She was a faithful member and served as the Mother of the Church and a missionary at Word of Faith Love Fellowship Deliverance Ministries, Bishop Jack E. Nelson and Pastor Deloise Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her husband; mother; and children.
Mrs. Louise R. Woodard leaves to cherish her precious memory her grandsons, Lacy Hallums, Jerald (Lynn) Hallums, and Anthony Hardinson; a devoted niece, Melinda (Jerry) Majette who she became mother to after the loss of her natural mother at an early age; cousins, Larry (Ann) Campbell, Lafayette (Mary) Campbell, Michael Campbell, Avell (Georgianna) Campbell, and Robert Leach; great-grandchildren, Gwendolyn Ramos, Alexis Sides, and Jeremiah Wadsworth; a loving cousin, Mary Williamson; and a host of other relatives and friends all of whom will miss her dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Word of Faith Love Fellowship Deliverance Ministries, 8065 North Point Blvd Suite A Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12noon on Saturday at the Church.
The family would like to thank her dedicated physician of many years, Dr. Nancy Murphy of Winston-Salem Health Care, Forsyth County EMS paramedics, doctors, nurses, and dedicated workers at Forsyth Medical Center ER Department.
